We are located at 2420 s Halsted Chicago, IL just minutes from the heart of the city and steps from the “EL”. Once you are checked in you can explore and learn about Chicago’s rich history in our 6,000 sqft Customer Experience Center.
Safety is always our #1 priority. Because of that, there are a few things you will need to know before booking your trip.
We require all passengers to be here 30 minutes prior to flight time to get through the check-in and safety briefing process. Tours are roughly 15 minutes of flight time. All in, you should budget about an hour to spend with us and we promise it will be well worth your while.

If you are here and the weather unexpectedly takes a turn for the worse in the short term, we are located on the cusp of 3 of Chicago’s most exciting neighborhoods, Bridgeport, Pilsen, and Chinatown. There is so much to do within 5 minutes of the heliport so ask the terminal staff for suggestions.
